Crecí en Latinoamérica viendo televisión en dos idiomas, y solo en uno de ellos existían personajes como yo. Esa brecha me marcó: la representación Queer estaba a un idioma de distancia, y millones de jóvenes Latinos nunca cruzaron este puente. Como guionista, director y productor, mi trabajo es llenar ese vacío. Guiones Queer en Español, hechos para el prime time, que no piden permiso ni disculpas. Historias que le muestran a un joven gay lo que es posible para él y a la familia cómo acompañarlo, en su propio lenguaje.

Mission Statement

Escribo televisión Queer en español e inglés. Historias que no explican y no se esconden en el chiste. Creo que la pantalla es donde una sociedad aprende a pensar, y quiero que los jóvenes Queer de habla hispana se vean en ella con la ambición y la verdad que merecen.

I write Queer television in Spanish and English. Stories that do not explain themselves and do not hide inside the joke. I believe the screen is where a society learns to think, and I want young Spanish-speaking Queer people to see themselves on it with the ambition and the truth they deserve.

About Ino

Portrait of Inoisell Miranda, series creator and screenwriter

Inoisell Miranda, también conocido como Ino, es creador, guionista y productor creativo. Escribe series en español e inglés para España, América Latina y el mercado hispano de Estados Unidos. Tiene dos series listas para desarrollo, Según Platón y Stereosexual, y trabaja en varios otros proyectos bajo su productora, The New York‑INO Media, con base en Norte y Centro América.

Se graduó con First Class Honours en el BA (Hons) Television and Live Events Production en University of the Arts London, con una tesis sobre la ausencia de historias Queer con sustancia en el horario estelar latinoamericano. Llegó a la escritura desde el set: fue estilista y productor creativo en Nueva York, Miami y Londres, trabajó en vestuario en El Rostro de la Venganza (Telemundo), fue jefe de cabina en los showrooms de Rick Owens en París y Nueva York, y asistente de estudio en una serie de Apple TV+ dirigida por Adam Bernstein. Creció entre Estados Unidos y Sudamérica. Trabaja en español, inglés y portugués.

Inoisell Miranda, also known as Ino, is a creator, screenwriter and creative producer. He writes series in Spanish and English for Spain, Latin America and the US Hispanic market. He has two series ready for development, Según Platón and Stereosexual, and is working on several other projects under his production company, The New York‑INO Media, based in North and Central America.

He graduated with First Class Honours in the BA (Hons) Television and Live Events Production from University of the Arts London, with a dissertation on the absence of substantial Queer stories in Latin American primetime. He came to writing from the set: stylist and creative producer in New York, Miami and London, wardrobe department on Telemundo's El Rostro de la Venganza, head of cabin at Rick Owens' showrooms in Paris and New York, and studio assistant on an Apple TV+ series directed by Adam Bernstein. He grew up between the United States and South America and works in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
